Great location, close to major landmarks and metro stations. Quiet rooms with a nice rooftop view. Comfy beds and large closets. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice terrace. Strong hairdryer and large container of body lotion.

Parking was not available as advertised. AC didn't work, resulting in a hot room.

We loved the location of the hotel, within walking distance to all major Madrid attractions. The room was modern and very clean. We were really surprised by the complimentary water bottles and the rooftop bar had a great ambiance. we highly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying in this hotel right in the center of everything! The entrance was tucked away on a little side street, but we were still in 10 minutes walk from the main sights. The room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed sitting in the terrace, and taking advantage of the room amenities like free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and we appreciated their assistance with tours and ticket purchases.

There were no negative aspects of this place! We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel had a warm and friendly welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. The location was perfect for visiting tourist areas. The double balcony doors ensured a quiet night's sleep. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked and everything was very clean. The free tea and coffee in the lounge was a nice touch, since there were no facilities to make drinks in the room. The views of the city from the roof terrace were lovely.

We are in the heart of the city and can walk to all the great squares and tourist destinations within 10 minutes. The hotel sits near two metro stations, giving us easy access to the rest of the city. The room is decently sized, and the bathroom is clean and modern.

I have to say that the breakfast is not up to par with our expectations.

I recently stayed at Innside in Madrid for a week to explore the city. The hotel's location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of Gran Via. Everything I wanted to see and do was within walking distance, including fantastic restaurants and shops. The subway station was also just a short walk away, making it easy to explore further afield. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering stunning views and a great atmosphere to relax in. The staff, especially the lovely girl with the glasses at the reception, were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.
